I am waiting for the day that PopCap Games is a bigger gaming industy than Activision...that is when we can be scared. They've made another game that has grown HUGELY in popularity and is now being ported to the DS, Plants vs. Zombies. This will be the 6th porting of the game, and  you can easily guess there will be more just like Peggle. Ghost, Robots, Ninjas, Pirates, Vampires and Zombies...can we add Plants to this now? Maybe Bungie and Xbox needs a plumber to fix the leaks they tend to have? Just don't hire that guy called Mario, all he does is kill things in your pipes, not fix them. I digress...IGN covers the history of the Halo Leaks which has happened to every one of their games since Halo 2. Halo: Reach is yet another victim to early leaking of the game, causing them to lose so many sales that their head spins...almost makes you forget they make millions and millions on a game that really survives the multi-playing experience. Maybe they'll pick up EA's Online Pass, or speak about subscriptions to the game like COD will inevitably do. I don't mean to bash on this, but to say that this game being leaked "ruins the game" is a farce, and a joke. Come back to mean when you lost as much money as Nintendo over the R4DS. Don't blame the pirating fans for your poor security. (My rant is finished)

The Daily...ers

After the disappointment of the original Kane & Lynch, a sequel was the last thing to be expected by Square, and the only thing that drove them to make the sequel was help from IO Interactive and the gaming community love for the partners Adam "Kane" Marcus and James Seth Lynch. Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days (PS3) is the push for improvement by SquareEnix and IO Interactive, listening to everybody's complaints about the gameplay, controls, and other notables. An unusual amount of hype built for the game after the demo and stream of videos coming from IO Interactive (You can find all of them at Machinima) The reaction to the game is so mixed in all directions, there is no true statement to go by. Two things about the game are for sure, its gritty, the gameplay has been improved, but its repeitive.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light (XBLA) if the first Lara Croft DLC game made and the first co-op multiplayer of the series. After game after game of having the same exact gameplay, controls and predictablity (probably the developers constantly being distracted by water balloon breast) this is the first time where all reviews agree, everything about the game has been improved dramatically.

It may not be over, but the GamesCom is essentially done with its media days and these last two days are purely for fun, media to finish up with their coverage on things, demos, contest, etc. With that said, some places have already picked the winners of GamesCom including the official jury of GamesCom.
 

Gran Turismo 5 "wins" GamesCom! *applause* What makes me even happier is the fact that all this news and revealing as we get closer to the games release is the asses who complained about waiting so long are shutting up. GT5 also won best Console Game.

I'll go out on a limp and say this will be the best fighting game of the year, period. Marvel vs. Capcom is wheeling out more and more characters in the game, and the style looks plain amazing. In the original, my classic two was Wolverine and Captain Commando. If I get this game, it is a must that I add Amaterasu. My favorite animal in a game of all time.

Yes, because of the title this game did get a higher spot than the next game. How can you not love the name? Monkey Island 2 Special Editon: LeChuck's Revenge (XBLA, $10) is a sequel to its classic point and click action adventure with memorable characters, lots of humor that all can enjoy, and clever puzzles to follow through the game. You are Guybrush Threepwood, and you go through your normal pirate activities. All the scores for the game don't tell the tale, and a majority of the reviewers agree that this should be a perfect game, but can't be scored that way for some..

If you have an interest, this is a must get for cheap. Don't pass it up! Just look at the title!
 

Even though the average rating says this game is worse than crackdown, there is a definiate sign that the reviews say you should get Blacklight: Tango Down over Crackdown 2 for price...but both games have a very high range of scores meaning a personal experience is the way to go. Either way, for $15, you will get a poor man's FPS that you can enjoy. With everything all around the game being customizable, this game is labeled a "hyper-realistic battlefield" where you are in the "NetWar" in the Blacklight Universe.

Graphics are amazing, everybody can agree on that...everything else either holds up or falls apart from there.
 

It is always good when a good collection of games get smashed together into a nice mash-up of a series. This is what happened with Mega Man Zero Collection. All 4 Mega Man Zero games on the GBA mashed together into one game for $30. If you missed out on any of them, its a recommended buy.

Crackdown 2 (360) is the continuation to the surprisingly good game for "cheap bastards" (sold at $20 at release, and thank you G4) that took a somewhat new IP to the third-person shooter, being titled as a "3rd-person action vertical shooter". That game got awards and high praise, this game does not. Now being sold at the retail price of $60, you would expect the game to be 3 times better than the last since it is 3 times the price, right? Nope, you'd be better off getting the first game. If you can get past the point that the game has alot of repetition and maybe have more fun online or co-op playing, the game just may be for you. As for gameplay? Nothing has changed.

The game is not all bad, but the varying scores can really show the differences between some of your most beloved sites. i.e: Xbox Addict gave 9.0/10, IGN gave a 7.5/10, Destructoid gave a 4.5/10...5 points of varying scores,nobody can really agree.

Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies for the DS is another Dragon Quest game that shuts down Japan for a few days. That popular there. You start out the game making your own character and go off into the world for RPG adventuring. The game focuses more on a mulitplaying aspect; You can roam through your game/story as you usually would, but if you open a "portal" anybody playing the game can help you and replace the party members you have. Down side is no character development, which is to be expected to come with a game where characters can be replaced at any time. Still a good game.

Second Video: Just like previews to the original pOrtal, preview videos to the new objects you will use and need to complete your "science experiments. Can't help but laugh when the turrets go flying through the tubes. Wee! 

Toy Story 3...and that's all I have to say. If you haven't seen the movie, then go see the movie and leave the theater either in tears of sorrow or joy. It's one of the best animated movies ever made and easily gonna be best animated movie of the year. I personally didn't think they could top Toy Story or Toy Story 2 with this but 10 years of planning apparently is good enough to make one of the best trilogies of movies of all time. Wait...on yeah, games.

Hot Shots Tennis: Get a Grip is developer "Clap Hanz" first attempt at a tennis game on the PSP and remake of the PS2 version. Same graphics, same character models, same silly perspective the game takes on itself. The reviews generally surround themselves with saying that the game is not as good as the Golf games, but just as fun. Sony talks about features that will be in Gran Turismo 5 including weather changes, stunt areas, kart racing and a track editor. Because of what was shown at E3, we already know there is real drivers in game and (THE STIG!) Top Gear's test course in game. Sounds good, yes?

$199 Xbox 360 Slim confirmed, but no details of the cheaper 360 slim have been revealed. (Arcade Version?) Easy to say of one thing, less memory than the $299 360 slim. In other 360 related news, the 360 Slim will shutdown inself to save its own life...no matter what save you may need in-game. (No more RRoD)

Pricing for "OnLive" revealed, and AT&T will be the service for online connection. The question is, do you even remember this being announced and do you care?

360 may not be the only console with Hulu on it, says Sony. They also may be getting Last.FM before 360 does. For being Post-E3 time, there has been alot of activity on the PS3 side, with nothing really going on with microsoft and nintendo being dead quiet.

No Small highlights and no Small Notes, this is full dedication to E3.
The first two days of E3 were completely for the big conferences by 360, EA, Ubisoft, Nintendo & Sony. (With an smaller conference, no video, of Konami's conference).


So, what was the biggest surprises at the big three conferences?

For Microsoft where everything else was "Just Ok", the big surprise was quite obvious, the ending. Not the actual ending of the show, but what was shown just before the show ended, which was done quite cleverly. Throughout the entire conference, there had been a 360 sitting in the middle of the stage with no connections in it at all, not really noticable. As the end of the show came around, Don Mattrick kept talking mysteriously, as he walked towards the 360 and slowly pulled off skin of the 360 to show the new 360 Slim! It was a nice sleek black design with new features; 250 GBs, built in wi-fi, whisper quite, and would be sold for the same price as the old, $300 (Note: The old 360 was dropped to $250).


Runner-up Surprise? The show was this bad.

For Nintendo, there was too many surprises that barraged the floor, period. This includes:

• -The very first game to start off, is Zelda: Skyward Sword.
• -Revival of old GBA fan favorite, Golden Sun: Dark Dawn
• -Even though it was leaked, the showing of GoldenEye 007 for the Wii
• -After 7 years of not having his own game, Kirby: Epic Yawn is revealed.
• -Donkey Kong: Country Returns is revealed for this holiday
• -Revival of an old old character, Kid Icarus: Uprising
• -And the many games to come for the 3DS, including Kingdom Hearts, and MGS game, Resident Evil and others.
• Overload much?

Runner-up surprise? 3DS having an analog stick.

For Sony, there were surprises for sure, but by far and large the biggest surprise that was shown at the Sony conference was the one that GLaDOS had to "deploy" on us. The biggest surprise of this conference and possibly the biggest of show, was Gabe Newell coming on stage at the conference and announcing pOrtal 2 would come to the PS3 WITH exclusive content. Let me help you realize just how big a surprise this was.


Gabe Newell, president of Valve is a very open person to the media, and not afraid to hold back comments. With this said, on 2007 he very widely said to the media that making games on consoles were garage and a waste of a time. Not only this, but pointed the big middle finger (not literally) at Playstation and creating games on the PS3, saying that developers should NOT create games on the system, it caused too many problems.

This created bad blood between playstation and valve, and playstation fanboys could not stand Gabe Newell from this point on.

Runner-up Surprise? Twisted Metal returns to the PS3.

So, who won the show? Everybody is weighing in.
IGN makes the debate on who won saying that Nintendo was just one surprise after the other, with so many games and the 3DS, it was an all show show-off. Overall, they say that Nintendo and the 3rd-party games did the best.


IGN [UK] Also weighs and and generally all said Nintendo owned E3 altogether.


1Up.com says the "Best of Show" was the Nintendo 3DS.


Midlifegamer.net has a mix of answers but all generally say, Sony won E3.


This is just the general direction of what is being said around the net, and even polls on sites follow it.
There is no huge outbreak of any gaming site or community saying Microsoft won. Sony is at a solid 2nd place with about 35% of people saying Sony won the conference. Because of the 3DS, Nintendo deciding to not show the "Vitality Sensor", not going with a bunch of horrific family orientated demos, and sticking to what everybody wants, great games,Nintendo won the conference by a wide margin.

Metal Gear Solid: Risinghad a 45 second short revealing tease at last year's E3. At this E3, we get a nice showing of what we should expect from the new MGS. Remember, Zan-Datsu.
Next will what was shown as its last part on the Sony conference (first part was at EA's conference), Dead Space 2 and the fight with the Sprawl.

For being at end of the EA conference, it is sort of forgotten about in a sense because of the chaos that was Sony & Nintendo's conferences. The cinematic for LucasArts' Star Wars: The Old Republic is quite simply put, epic.

Don't worry, I did not forget Nintendo! It is quite obvious who was the huge highlight of the conference, showing off the absolute beauty of the game that would be..on the handheld!? The game that looks this good will be on the 3DS. Kid Icarus: Uprising

After announcing that there will be a limited edition of Gran Turismo 5 coming out at the same time as the release (Nov. 2nd), I'm guessing there will be NO MORE DELAYS of this game, and it will be one of the greatest racing games of all time. Period.

A little sad that the only big game this week..is really just a PC expansion.

==The Big Games==

After Sims: World Adventures (where you go around the world..of..sorts, and explore tombs, dungeons, puzzles, and hone your karate/wine skills), and High Loft Expansion (Modern fresh furniture), The Sims creates an expansion similiar to The Sims 2: Work-Ma-Ass-Off. The Sims 3: Ambitions is the newest expansion for the Sims where you have the ability to take on new careers from Architect (Hell yeah!) to Doctor, Fireman, and more. Another plus going for the game, is you can now build in the extra buildings (like the Bistro or book store) instead of just disappearing into it through the door. The Sims 2 furniture also comes with the expansion.

After the track is uploaded, the TMX ID will be supplied to download so you can save replays of the track on your own time. You would need to find a way to have me download the replay to watch it and confirme the time.

After a long time of hype for Rockstar (Rockstar North & San Diego in specific) to create a Western version of GTA, it is finally finished, out, and ready to ride. Red Dead Redemption for the 360 & PS3, follows the story of John Marston, a retired outlaw trying to make a new life for himself, but the old life he used to have continues to follow him no matter where he goes, putting him in quite the spot. From the very start the HUD, gameplay, controls, characters are very GTA with the classic style of the "Old West". The graphics are remarked for having beautiful presentation with small classic GTA glitches (loading glitches for objects in the distance). The gameplay also has classic GTA glitches (mainly with the horse) but this is all overlooked for how good the game truely is.

===The Highlights===

Call of Duty: Black Ops is once again..in the highlights for the third time...But yes, the trailer is good. Treyarch has done their work for sure.

The game is set in the Vietnam War, and dated for November 9th this year.  That is all.

Nintendo and E3 is slowly coming together without much leakage news. That said, there has been rumors (now truths) about a new Wiimote coming for the Wii tested by the FCC. The new Wiimote will come standard with the Wii MotionPlus built into it. In other E3 Nintendo news, of course someone from the classic nintendo franchise will make an appearance. Since Samus (Metroid) was last year, Zelda will come back this year, a new game at E3, to show again why you should have a Nintendo Wii you hardcore gamers.

The continuation of Scribblenauts has been announced! Super Scribblenauts will come out for the DS in Q3-Q4 this year, with reported new functions such as modifying your objects to your liking, being able to make things without the use of "glue" or "rope" etc. The closer approximate date for the game is Sept. 1st to Nov. 30th

The Games that came out this last week is in the Spotlight! Red Dead Redemption, Alan Wake, Split/Second and Truama Team were all the big games to come out this week , with Alan Wake and Red Dead being the highest in hype. Besides that, all 3 games reached the hype they were given as the games were developed. All four games are in the general range of 8.0/10 to 10/10 all in complete different genres. This is one of the bigger weeks pre-E3 in release titles and sales for all 3 systems with Super Mario Galaxy 2 coming in stores soon.

When it comes to the 4 games in spotlight, I would pick the order of which to play would be Red Dead, Split/Second, Alan Wake, and Trauma Center. What would you put them in order for?

The series of games that combated with Tony Hawk's Series (Arcade v. Real Simulation?) and by all means with this edition, the Skate series has won! The Prize? This game to all of us! Skate 3, the game where you are a skater trying to start your own skateboard line, where you...don't care about story, period. If you are playing a skating game for story, go watch Viva la Bam somewhere online, and come back to just play. Complete challenges, bail and break bones, make amazing lines, and edit videos all in one. Simply put, amazing.

...seriously, playing a skating game for story. Only T.H.U.G worked and that was eh. Just go out and skate if you want!

Split/Second is considered (atleast by IGN) the "grown-up" version of a kart racer, by all means they are right. Arcade, power-up, action-packed racing game where you are in a television show in a race where the stage is completely destructable to the point of alterating the stage completely. Once again, we don't care about story of any sort. Race against 8 AIs (or players) in a track that can be destroyed by power-ups that each player collects from drafting and drifting. More Power = Bigger destruction.

Only 2 reviews so far but by personal experience, it is a good game to play, not exactly to buy unless your a huge Burnout or Blur fan. (Yup, only 2 "big" games reviewed this week)

===The Highlights===

Call of Duty: Black Ops, the most important game to those CODheads and those who love to play war games over and over and over year-by-year like EA's sports line-up releasings...is confirmed to come out for the Wii. Though I don't expect those CODheads to even own a Wii, I guess with the gun-like attachments that you can have with and use with the game, this could be a good edition. Prediction: Very very slim, but the Black Wii coming to the US, being bundled with Black Ops for extra sales. Either way, low sales on Wii version.

Electronic Arts (EA) created an "Online Pass", a only one-use code that you will get whenever you buy a new online EA game (starting with Tiger Woods 11). You will have to put the code in to do any sort of online gameplay or connectivity. This is EAs way to stop some used games sales, which EA has had very open problems with. Alternatively, you can go to EA's site after being a used game, and buy an Online Pass for $10. This seems like a smart business move by EA, yet cruel punishment to US (the gamers) who love their games, and shouldn't have to spend more just to play online. Just in the line of fire I guess.

As of May 12th, Steam can be used by Macs. Until May 24th, you can get pOrtal, one of the greatest puzzle games on PC with an extreme cult following, FOR FREE!!1!1! Yes, get pOrtal for free, only weeks after pOrtal 2 was announced...Probably want to get as many fans as they can before E3. Once again, if you have a Mac, download steam, and get pOrtal for FREE! Free games are always good, period. This piece of moist delicious cake isn't a lie. (Yes, that had to be thrown in)

===Who's in the Spotlight?===

LittleBigPlanet 2 is in the spotlight! Almost every gaming site is all over the recent trailer to have come out:

Not only fully informative of EVERYTHING and more that you will see in the sequel to come (which has been dated for winter or "Q4" of this year), but one of the most satisfying announcement trailers you will see for gaming. Announcement trailers are usually so vague and only reveal titles, this blew it all out. There is way too much to cover in a small amount, but there will be a new format of gameplay (as you see the racing) 2D platform that can be built on to create anything. New "Sackbots" that can be placed anywhere and programmed to do multiple operations without filling the creator bar. Sackboy now has a grappling hook that changes the gameplay COMPLETELY (especially with multi-player). Some how, some way, they are bringing all the levels created from the previous version into this game to be fully played and customizable. Technology, eh? LBP's original motto was "A Platform Game", LBP 2 is now "A Platform for Games", and you can only imagine what can be made. Can't wait for someone to create every classic game in a marathon (From Pong to Tetris and more).

Questions to ask yourself:

• Do you care about EA's Online Pass?
• Will you play COD: Black Ops on the Wii?
• LBP was the game of the year for multiple places and an amazing platformer, will the sequel be better and beat the hype?

==The Big Games==

Alan Wake, the game that was showed 2 E3's ago far back in the year 2008 (I know, you may get a headache trying to think back that far) and has finally come out after years of hype. This  psychological action thriller surround the main character, Alan Wake, who is a (fake) famous writer/author who takes a vacation to get away from public eye in a little rural town called Bright Falls, Washington. He enjoys the "characters" around the town, gets with the community and events, and is enjoying himself. Unfornuately, the horror movie writer is out when it gets dark and comes face-to-face with the nightmares of the dark that he has been writing about all his life. Armed with nothing but a flashlight, he must navigate and do what he can to survive the night. The game has reached the hype and left room for there to be a sequel.

Collectively, there are no true bad things to say about the game, besides an "eh ending". This game has reactioned the hype and a great edition for the 360.


ModNation Racers, and exclusive for the PS3 is a kart-racer that wants to rival the king of kart-racing games, Mario Kart. The game is a combination of LittleBigPlanet and Mario Kart in HD; The big thing about the game that is shown from the very start is this game is all about customability. You can create your character to any way of your liking with hundreds of options on style, and customize your car to your liking. The Menu from there promotes the community and online racing that PS3 pushes so hard. Just like Mario Kart, you can collect weapons that upgrade, shields and boosters (that can even teleport you). Another huge push that was shown at last year's E3, is the customizable Track Maker that anybody can pick up and go with, with ease. The huge hit that stabs the high scores of the game in its own heart, is the load time...this can be short but most load times take almost a minute to get to the game.

Did this game reach the hype? Yes. Did it beat its now rival Mario Kart? Depends on whos playing it. Some love to be in the back of the pack shooting BLUE SHELLS galore. Others can't stand being penalized for being in 1st place. It's up to the gamer.


Lost Planet 2 (Squared, not Second), Capcom's sequel to the original Lost Planet, an RPG 3rd-person shooter that was announced last E3, with a surprising amount of hype and cult following. The game is highly surrounded by co-op play with up to 4 people, to going around the world of E.D.N III, destroying monsters, with beautiful graphics...there isn't much else to say though. There is less snow than the original, and no return characters. The reviews of the controls and gameplay have been ALL over the place, from just plain horrible to managable taking a huge hit on what could've been an excellent game. The concept and graphics are good, the rest is ok.

Iron Man 2, the movie that was OF COURSE gonna turn into a video game, as all super-hero movies do...sadly. It is all too common for movies being turned into games failing hard or just being passable. This is no different. You play as Iron Man...andddd....go see the movie and don't play the game, it is cheaper and more worth the time. There. Done.

Picross 3D is the remake of the original Picross DS puzzle game, the first puzzle game you had to get for your DS. Surprisingly yet unsurprisingly no hype behind the game, that was moving in the 3RD DIMENSION [insert twilight zone music]. Instead of clicking on the flat square and finding the 2D image underneath, the objects are now cubes with numbers on it, that you click to delete and reveal the 3D object.

If you loved Picross DS, then this is highly recommended.


DodoGo! The game you've never ever heard of because it is on DSi Ware. A simple puzzle game set in the time of dinosaurs where you have to save the Dodo eggs by leading them to safety. Why is this even on the big reviews and not the others? Rave Reviews for a DSiWare game.

New Black Wii to hit the stores May 9th (today on the post), unlike the original bundle, this package will come with Wii MotionPlus, WiiSports & WiiSports Resort, all in beautiful black colors for $199. Thing is, the Wii isn't exactly a system that was made to be black; The original white Wii had a fun, clean and minimalist look that no other system has had. Nintendo is smart with their business, but really...trying to add class to the Wii? Go Figure.

Continuing after MGS3: Snake Eater, and Metal Gear: Portable Ops, MGS: Peace Walker continues the story and life of Naked Snake/Big Boss and his clones that he trained. The PSP is a long month away, but has already came out in Japan as of April 29th. That said, many sites have been getting their hands-on with the game, and going indepth with the game.

Most/all of the big MGS games have followed the history-changing storyline that MGS3 starts at. With that said, this game will have options, missions, and extras that won't exactly follow the same pace the other games have done. This goes along with assigned missions, sending troops and recruits out to do your work, and even Co-op missions with friends who also have a PSP. The game is coming out in the US June 8th, and coming out for Europe & Australia June 18th. This will be all be at the same price of $40. There will also be a bundle package for the PSP-3000 and Peace Walker with extra goodies called the "Big Boss Package". This is planned to come out during June, for $200.

Everybody with Halo ODST and lucky enough to get it, got to play the Beta for Halo: Reach, the new edition in Bungie's series. Because of me not having a 360 (Woe is me?), I had to ask others who are obssessed with the series. Sadly, I've only gotten response that came out 100% fanboy-ish...like a fangirl obssessed with Robert Patterson. Either way, it is shown that the game is pretty amazing with new features and controls, and a new mode to play in online multiplayer.
It has come down to two "reviews" of the game, and one is my resident ex-member of the month, Munckin.

I asked for a little review of the game, and I think he over-estimated how little I wanted it, and I quote "Too much fun lol".

I had asked my FB friends to review and one guy came threw! Zach (A guy you don't know) is a huge fanboy, and commented with a long rant.

"REACH IS FUCKING AMAZING. Although the melee button has been switched from ''B'' to ''RB'', its well worth the money I never get to go out and buy as soon as it hits the shelves. What little bit Bungie gave us to toy around with, it was fantastic. The needle rifle is the new carbine, the DMR is a semi auto rifle that replaces the BR. Its the main ... See Moregun in swat now, making it the headshot king. Theres a new weapon that resembles an alien rocket launcher, firing four charged, lock-on plasma 'nades at once. The Pistol is stronger than ever. Spike and Flame 'nades are out. AR is reformed, ugly as sin. The four new classes you choose in multiplayer are Scout (enabling sprint), Guard (Enabling a temporary, stationary impenetrable shield) Stalker (walking Active Camo with a FriendlyFire Radar Jam) and Airborne (Jetpack....duh.). The graphics have increased amazingly, and the gameplay is unbelievable. Binx's rating for the Halo: Reach Multiplayer Beta? 8/10."

Looks like Bungie has another success on their hands in the Halo Franchise..the only franchise they really have and can never leave or they'd be murdered by people like Munchkin and Zach :D

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction is an almost complete remake of what the series usually focuses on (stealth gameplay), and an utter change from what the game first looked like when first revealed. The average ratings for the 360 version is better than the PC, mainly for the console control is better to play the game with (and more made for it).

This game puts a whole new perspective on how stealth gaming could be played out as, any imitators out there?

The Game has been out for about a week, and the reception is higher than expected for what is essentially a remix of the same thing +1. Super Street Fighter IV all around is getting good reviews. Multi-platform game that doesn't have variation between systems.

Essentially an expansion to the original, 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa is made for the upcoming event of the world cup, with slight changes to FIFA 10. Couldn't they just make it DLC? (Downloadable Content), well, itwas made into a full game, and is..worth the buy?

E3 is coming in June, and this month pre-epmts. it! What are the big games coming out for this month?

=The Big Games=

Red Dead Redemption is coming out May 18th, and is the Spotlight for Hype this month, high expectations for the old western GTA coming out for the PS3 and 360.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 is finally coming for the Wii, after its first game was a HUGE success, and one of the keystones of "Why you should own a Nintendo Wii". There are signs of key variations to the gameplay, the graphics have been improved, but I don't have many doubts this game will do as good as its predecsor. Only question is, will it do better? Coming out May 23rd.

Alan Wake is coming out for the 360 and PC, May 18th right along with RDR. A horror survival game of an author whos book becomes a horrific reality.This game has been hyped since last year, and hasn't slowed down at all. Can you survive it? Will you even get it? Hope you like the horror!

===The Highlights & Spotlights===

The big Pre-E3 news ATM is the teasers and trailers for Call of Duty: Black Ops, that is dated to come out November 9th, 2010, closing to the winter holidays and Thanksgiving. This COD will be based at Vietnam, and has had the full Treyarch team focused on this project for what is now  year.You can expect for there to be a complete over-run for the multi-playerexperience, and Treyarch confirmed that they focused a whole divisionentirely to the Multi-player experience. Expect to have fun with that, andenjoy the teaser.

Prediction: Expect Hands-on off-screen videos of the game at E3.

Halo: Reach Beta is coming out TOMMOROW for all those lucky SOBz that get to play and enough atleast 2 weeks of online fun. Graphics upgraded,controls and gameplay changed, weapon spawning, health spawns,shields, etc. all changed and re-made. An almost all new Halo experience,but still won't miss the original love for the game. I am not a halo followerwhat-so-ever, but I do follow me newz so...the rest of you will have toupdate me on your experiences pl0x.

Predicton: I am gonna get mouthfuls of how great it is from you guys =P
